We are aware of our responsibility.


Experience shows that employees who are trained in house provide the basis for dedicated staff. They have learned the different tasks and processes directly and are thus perfectly equipped for work.


The continuous development of our employees and the training of our skilled workers traditionally have a high priority.


But not only the performance of our employees, but especially their well-being and health plays an important role for us. Therefore, on the basis of company health promotion, we offer (a) weekly group fitness course (s) (such as back training) as well as so-called 15-minute exercise breaks during working hours in the company by and with the Vitality & Fitness team, and set up office workplaces ergonomically.

Furthermore, we motivate our employees to take part in the AOK / ADFC participation campaign “By bike to work” through additional in-house bonus prizes.


We offer apprenticeships in the following training professions:


- Electronic engineer for industrial engineering

- Construction mechanic for equipment technology

- Mechanic for agricultural and construction machinery technology
